North West BNP Plan The Future

North West BNP Team

The North West Regional team held a meeting at Bolton, where we discussed various aspects of party policy and our operations. It was very well attended and people came from as far afield as West Cumbria, South Cheshire and North Wales.
The minutes of this meeting will be produced by Leila Bentham and will be circulated by Kevin Clark. These minutes are confidential, of course, but here’s a flavour of the discussion points;
Gary Tumulty was promoted to North West Sub-Regional Organiser, as he has done a great job in Salford and Greater Manchester as a whole, and in supporting our efforts to make the North West a vibrant area again. He has also been a big help to me.
Unfortunately, Rosalind Gauci has decided that it is the right time for her to hand over the Tameside Organiser’s role to someone else. However, she is a dedicated Nationalist and will continue to support any local activities in the party’s interests. We are grateful for all of Rosalind’s efforts, through a difficult time and shortage of support in the Tameside area. Kay Pollitt has very kindly agreed to take over as Tameside Organiser, with the help and assistance of Gary Tumulty, Eddy O’Sullivan and other local members.
We discussed area activities by the group, along with Banking / Reports / Future Plans / Ideas, and the NW team is moving forward as one team and helping each other whenever possible. Also, we are letting Kevin Clark know when we’re having a meeting, so that he can email all of the NW members, in case they want to attend other meetings, along with their local one.
We are overhauling our contact list, of North West Officials, as Chris Barnett is in the process of arranging all the contacts, nationwide, by electoral areas. So, up to date info is vital.
As by-Elections are coming up all the time, the team explained that they have plans in place, involving some very shrewd ideas, including our Postal Vote campaign, which was explained by Dawn Charlton and Clive Jefferson. Up to 75% of electors no longer bother to vote and this is mainly due to their contempt for the current Lib-Lab-Conmen, who make it quite clear that their loyalty lies with the banksters and NOT the electorate.
We must ensure that democracy works; by switching-on the 75% of disaffected electorate with Postal Votes, and get them to take a photocopy of their vote, as proof of who they voted for. This is to be done in conjunction with our ‘EU Referendum NOW’ campaign.
As our Annual Conference is rapidly approaching, we were reminded that Motions for Conference must be submitted and agreed upon at our next meeting, in September.
We now place a bulk order for our Voice of Freedom newspapers, as per the East and West Midlands, and each NW area orders from within the NW group. We are investigating ways that we can increase our order levels of these.
We discussed the launch of the ProFam organisation, which was launched in Blackpool and will be headed-up by Lynne Mozar, of ‘The World At 8’. As the name suggests, ProFam will finally give a voice to the long suffering members of British families, who have been sidelined, in favour of foreign interlopers, who are constantly made to feel more important than the indigenous population, due to the actions of the main political parties.
The North West is proud to host the first British meeting of the European Nationalist Alliance Group and this meeting will take place next week in the NW. This is a historic occasion and we trust that our European cousins will enjoy our British hospitality.
Also, the North West will shortly be launching ‘QUESTION TIME: for patriots’ – a voice for British patriots. This will be a bit like the BBC’s Question Time, but involving British Patriots, instead of a hand-picked audience and panel of Marxists and foreigners. The attendants will be chosen after they’ve applied in writing; Application Forms can be downloaded from our website. The first programme will take place at a venue, in South West Lancashire 26th September 2012.
We discussed Training and we recognise that we all need some training in various aspects of our activities. And, training sessions will be arranged for specific activities, as required.
We were reminded that we should inform members and guests at our meetings, that regular donations are very welcome, and the Standing Order / Direct Debit donation forms can be set up from as little as £2 a month.
In recent months, we have stood shoulder-to-shoulder, at various demonstrations, with other British patriots. For the benefit of those causes, and our country as a whole, we have set aside our differences, and we look forward to more of these demonstrations; so the enemies of Britain will be able to see that, when push comes to shove, we will stand together as one, to defend this realm.
Finally, we were reminded of the sad loss of our former North West Fund Holder and friend, Sue Mather, who passed away recently. Sue was an extremely popular lady and a very diligent worker for the party. We are all saddened by her passing, and send our condolences to her husband, Charles, a former long standing BNP stalwart and Organiser for Wigan & Leigh.
We look forward to a patriotic British future!

Father and daughter plead guilty to legal fraud scam

N/W News Team

A FATHER and daughter from Brierfield, who ran a £250,000 legal fraud scam, have pleaded guilty at court.

Mohammed Arshid Khatana, 51 and his daughter Mahria Khatana, 24, both of Hawkswood Gardens, Brierfield, Nelson, appeared at Preston Crown Court yesterday(Wednesday 25 July). Mohammed Khatana pleaded guilty to 15 counts of fraud. Mahria Khatana pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud.

They were arrested after a three year investigation by the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit and the Legal Services Commission, during which it was discovered they had committed a large number of legal service frauds amounting to in excess of £250,000.

Enquiries into the Khatana’s two companies - POCA Consulting Ltd and Ultima Consulting - revealed that despite having no legal qualification or accreditation, they would offer legal representation to clients in proceeds of crime and other criminal matters. Mohammed Khatana would visit with the client and arrange to transfer their legal aid to a solicitors firm and would charge up to £500 for the referral.

They were also found guilty of defrauding a 74-year-old man, who was facing confiscation proceedings for money laundering. Mahria Khatana obtained quotes for legal representation from a barristers firm in London. She then doubled the quotes and sent a £43,000 bill to the man – a fee which should have cost less than £10,000.

Mohammed Khatana was found guilty of attempting to enter into a money laundering arrangement following a seven day trial in April. This came after an undercover officer posed as the girlfriend of a drug dealer and met with Khatana where he gave her advice on how to launder drugs money.

Detective Superintendent Jason Hudson from the North West Regional Organised Crime Unit said: “Khatana was a ruthless serial fraudster who was prepared to use his daughter to steal from a wide range of individuals for his own gain.  We worked closely with the Legal Services Commission in identifying and stopping Khatana's abuse of the legal aid system."

Chief Executive of the Legal Services Commission Matthew Coats added: “The LSC worked closely with the police on this case and we are pleased that both accused has pleaded guilty. Legal aid funding is public money and we will not tolerate people trying to defraud the taxpayer.

"We are actively engaging with our partners across the public sector to rigorously pursue and combat fraud."

Both Khatana’s will be sentenced at Preston Crown Court on 12 September.

Muslim Family sentenced for honour kidnap

Zahid Mahmood

THREE family members, who kidnapped and drugged a young woman in an honour based crime, have today been jailed for a total of 12 years.

Mother Shamim Akhtar, 59, of Kirkwall Drive, Bradford was sentenced to four years after she was found guilty of false imprisonment, kidnap and two counts of administering a drug with intent to commit an indictable offence following a four week trial at Preston Crown Court.

Shamrez Khan

Brother Shamrez Khan, 34, Moore Avenue, Bradford was jailed for five years and brother in law Zahid Mahmood, 37 of Empress Street, Accrington was given three years. Both men pleaded guilty to false imprisonment, kidnap and two counts of administering a drug with intent to commit an indictable offence on Wednesday 6 June.

All three were sentenced at Burnley Crown Court this afternoon (Friday 27 July).

The victim who was 23-years-old at the time of the offence, left her home in Bradford in 2009 to avoid being forced into a marriage to her cousin. She subsequently met and married a man in Newcastle. Soon after their marriage, both her and her new husband visited her parents in the hope of reconciliation, but they were met with hostility and told to divorce.

Shamim Akhtar

On Sunday 17 January 2010, she was persuaded to go to her sister’s house on Empress Street in Accrington. Two days later on Tuesday 19 January, she was given a milky drink which had been laced with a sedative, Lorazepam, causing her to become nauseous and drowsy before being placed into a Toyota Estima car.

Police were alerted later that day when her husband raised concerns for her welfare and following enquiries by officers from Lancashire Constabulary she was discovered in the car at Rising Bridge, Rossendale. She was taken to hospital and the defendants were arrested later that day.

Detective Inspector Mark Vaughton from Lancashire Constabulary said: “This has been a very difficult and traumatic experience for the victim who was forced into hiding to escape abuse from members of her own family.

“She was treated in the most dreadful way by the people who were supposed to protect and care for her. She has shown a great deal of courage in coming forward and we will continue to offer her support for as long as she needs it.”

DI Vaughton continued to urge victims to come forward and contact the police in confidence.

He added: “I hope this case highlights the help and support that is available for victims and I urge anyone who is suffering in similar circumstances to come forward and contact the police.

“We will not tolerate any acts of honour based abuse in our communities and we work very closely with professionals such as healthcare staff, the Lancashire Domestic Abuse Partnership, Social Services and teachers to ensure victims of forced marriage receive the best possible help and support.

“We understand the complex cultural issues around victims coming forward but as this case demonstrates we are committed to investigating any reports of this nature thoroughly and will do everything within our powers to bring offenders before the courts.”

Anyone with information or concerns about honour based crime can contact police on 101. Alternatively they can call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111 or on-line at No personal details are taken, information is not traced or recorded and you will not go to court.

Stockport BNP And The Public

Report from Sheila Spink Branch Organiser.

The metropolitan borough of Stockport is a much maligned yet dignified suburb of Greater Manchester. We are the butt of many a joke which we take with good humour. We have one of the oldest market places in the North West of England, on the old A6 route from Scotland, and our town played an important part in the English Civil War. What most people don't realise is that we represent one of the last remaining indigenous strongholds in the North West and the LibLabCon Council are determined to rectify this disgrace to their diversity agenda.
They have already waived through the conversion of an industrial unit in Heaton Mersey into a mosque despite opposition from local traders due to its inappropriate location and contravention of the Council's own planning laws and now they planned to give the same treatment to a delicenced pub, The Bull's Head, on Gorton Road, Reddish, which is right on the boundary with Marxist Manchester. Fortunately, the residents of Reddish have more 'bottle' than their neighbour's and swiftly swung into action. At the beginning of the week they heared about the planning application. Within hours a few local women printed off multiple copies of a protest petition and collected 300 signatures. We got to hear of this and went over to help. We talked to the owner of the building who was already backing off and looking at other possible tenants.

Nick Griffin MEP

On Wednesday evening the local labour councillors held a surgery in the library. One tried to have me banned from this public event on the grounds that I do not live in this precise ward. He is so ignorant of Council procedure that he does not realise that the decision on this application will be made by the whole area team for Heatons and Reddish which includes both my home and the ward in which I stand as a candidate and that any resident of the whole borough can oppose any planning application. The leader of the Labour group is backed up into a corner and can only parrot, "I am here to listen to what the people say" to any question put to him.

Eventually, the librarian hits the fire alarm to clear the building as the hostility to this plan reaches danger level. The scene is repeated in a nearby pub the next evening with shouts of "liar" to all the excuses put by the labour councillors who now claim to oppose the application themselves.
Sign - No Mosque

Next day we hear that the application has been withdrawn but we set up our stall anyway and collect signatures to oppose any mosque application in the future. The owner, a genial family man, comes out to tell us that he has refused this use of his building. He is a decent bloke who does not need this kind of aggro. The pizza house next door give us a piping hot pizza to sustain us. The support is overwhelming. Saturday we go over with the Greater Manchester team to do some leafleting, and set up the stall again . The support is still positive.

On both occasions the police drop by but do not harass us other than to warn against obstruction and public disorder. We don't allow any shouting on our stall, particularly from our own members. Our efforts are rewarded by a visit from the Chairman who responded to our call for help given the importance of this location.

All is calm for now but we have no doubt that a new application will be lodged in the future probably when the current owner has retired and moved on. We will be there for as long as it takes. We signed up new members and lots of supporters which we aim to turn into voters. The deceit and hypocrisy of Labour was all too clear to the local residents.

The lesson we learned is that we can protest and win, the enemy is afraid of us and we should never be afraid of them. This is our country and we will maintain the dominant voice in the social and political agenda. We are right and they are wrong.

Plenty Of Support

An Oldham woman has been found guilty of terrorism offences.

Mohammed Sajid Khan, Terrorist

Shasta Khan, Terrorist

Hairdresser Shasta Khan (born 20/02/1974), was convicted of engaging in conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism and two counts of possessing a record of information likely to be useful to a person committing or preparing an act of terrorism following a trial at Manchester Crown Court, Crown Square.

Shasta and her husband Mohammed Sajid Khan (born 01/08/1978), are believed to have been in the early stages of building an improvised explosive device to target Jewish communities in Manchester.

However, their plot was foiled by officers from the North West Counter Terrorism Unit.

The couple, of Foster Street, Oldham, are now due to be sentenced at Manchester Crown Court, Crown Square on Friday 20 July 2012.

Mohammed Sajid Khan pleaded guilty to engaging in conduct in preparation for acts of terrorism at an earlier hearing.

The couple married just six weeks after they met on an Internet dating site, and just a few months later were actively listening to and reading extremist Al Qaeda-inspired material.

Between March and July 2011, the couple began to access online bomb-making manuals and acquired everyday household items from supermarkets and high street retailers which could be used to construct a viable, and deadly, explosive device within the confines of their marital home, which also doubled as Shasta Khan's hairdressing salon.

It is believed they were preparing to carry out a terrorist attack in Britain, with the most likely target being the Jewish communities of Manchester. Evidence of the couple driving around these communities to look at possible targets in these areas was found, along with extremist literature espousing anti-Semitic and violent jihadist beliefs.

Their plan was unravelled after police were initially called to reports of a domestic assault, but a family member intimated that possible terrorist acts were being committed and the NWCTU investigation was launched.

Overlooked HSBC Scandal – Funding Terrorism and Drugs

HSBC - London HQ

Whilst the mass media in the UK report on ground breaking news of racism, involving  football players, Rio Ferdinand calling Ashley Cole a ‘Choc Ice’, they overlook real news, One of the biggest high street banks, London based HSBC, have been caught up in funding terrorism and money laundering for the Mexican drug cartels.

HSBC’s activities in Saudi Arabia were brought into question in a report, which specifically refers to banking with Al Rajhi Bank. The investigation claims the Saudi bank has links to financing terrorism, based on evidence gathered after the September 11 attacks.

Investigations suggest one of Al Rajhi’s founders was an “early financial benefactor of al-Qaeda.”  HSBC forbade its affiliates from doing business with the Saudi bank in 2005, but this policy was overturned only a few months later when the banks resumed dealings. In addition, the report cites dealings with two Bangladeshi banks thought to have links with terrorist organizations.

The probe also details how the bank bypassed safeguards that protect against transactions, potentially involving terrorists, drug lords, and rogue regimes. The investigations committee alludes to almost 25,000 transactions to Iran amounting to over $19 billion conducted through the bank's US office over a period of seven years. The bank did not disclose that the funds were being sent to Iran.

On top of this it has been established HSBC has been at the centre of a Narco banking, money laundering scandal, referring to HSBC’s activities in Mexico, highlighting the fact that the country was treated as a long-risk client despite being a known hub for drug trafficking and money laundering. A report gives reference to the banking conglomerate’s Mexican affiliate transporting a total of $7 billion in hard cash to HBUS from 2007 to 2008. The sheer quantity of capital transferred raised concerns that some of it came from illegal drugs sales in the US.

The report also implicates the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a US financial regulator, for failing to regulate HSBC’s activities. The OCC reported multiple failings on the part of HSBC in 2010 to implement anti-money laundering measures, namely its failure to monitor $60 trillion in bank transfers and 17,000 account alerts detailing suspicious activity.

The official intelligence report lays the blame for HSBC’s negligence over the past six years partly at the feet of the OCC for its lack of action in spite of consistent evidence of the banks money laundering issues.
The new report comes after the UK’s largest bank revealed it would have to pay a $1 billion fine to US authorities for money laundering offenses committed between 2004 and 2010.

Manchester Al Qaida Terrorist Recalled To Prison

Eyes Of A Terrorism Habib Ahmed

A Muslim extremist fanatic who was convicted of terrorism charges back in 2008 and sentenced to 10 years prison was released on licence after serving a mere, just under 3 years of his sentence, has been now recalled because of breaching his early release conditions.

Ex taxi driver Habib Ahmed 32 of Cheethamhill Manchester, was serving sentence for being an active member of the terror group Al Quida, and the possession of documentation of terror related purposes, Habib was found to be attempting to smuggle coded secret books to the UK, which held contacts, and phone numbers to key figures to the terrorist underworld, and was the key to any potential UK terrorist massacre.

Greater Manchester Police, and special branch officers, from the UK secret services intercepted Habib’s plans to attempt to bring the two secret books heading from Pakistan via Dubai with plans, foiled police Habid was discovered with dairy’s wrote in invisible ink containing details of senior Al Qaidia terrorist’s, described at Manchester Crown Court as a ‘Terrorist contact booklet’ It is also believed Habib downloaded a document called “a study of assassination” and looked up bomb-making techniques, and also checked the addresses of ex-Defence Secretary Geoff Hoon, military bases and senior policemen.

Rangzieb Ahmed With Bomb Buddy Habib Ahmed

Habib was also jailed with his assailant from Rochdale man Rangzieb Ahmed, who was the first ever terrorist to be jailed in the UK, Ahmed was also handed a jail sentence for the minimum if 10 years for directing terrorist activity within the main land.

Part of extremist Habibs early release licence was strict conditions and observation’s from Greater Manchester Police, the licence was quickly breached it has been established that Habib was held after he began worshipping at an unauthorised mosque and bought an unauthorised mobile phone.

Mr Mercer, an ex-Army colonel, said: “We have a terrorist released unusually early from prison and what does he do? He says ‘Thank you’.

“It’s a blunder by the licensing board and questions must be asked why they deemed him fit to be free after three tenths of his sentence” Mr Mercer concluded.

Gary Tumulty Salford British National Party Organiser also said “The first question I would like to know is what an unauthorised mosque is?

“It is total madness to let a known terrorist be let out of prison we have the biggest single event to hit the UK shortly. The Olympics which some of the events happen to take place in Manchester, The authorities have breached the publics safety by allowing such a person to walk the streets, who would be only to happy to cause a massive atrocity to this country.

“There is no real deterrent in this legal system with, he should be deported or hung, I just hope the people who have dumbed down the legal system in this country get their comeuppance, because when the British National Party take control of this country we will hold every single one of them accountable for their actions, that have destroyed this country” Gary Concluded.

It is believed Habib was arrested at the home of wife Mehreen Haji, 31, where he was staying who coincidently was arrested on back in September 2006 and charged with supplying 4,000 pounds to Habib Ahmed "knowing or having reasonable suspicion that it would, or might be used for the purposes of terrorism".

Police also claimed the pair were members of Al-Muhajiroun, the Islamic militant group founded by radical Muslim cleric Omar Bakri Mohammed who was then serving a jail sentence for inciting terrorism.
Mehreen Haji was cleared of two counts of arranging funding for the purposes of terrorism, there was not enough evidence to support the police claims which allowed her to walk free from the court.

Habib Ahmed will now face a hearing to see whether he must serve the rest of his licence behind bars. No date has been announced, but rest assured the British National Party will be following this case very closely.

Manchester British National Party July 2012 Meeting

Members At Manchester

Manchester Branch held their regular monthly meeting at their usual city venue on Sunday 15th July 2012.
The well attended meeting was chaired by deputy Manchester Organiser, Eddy O’Sullivan. Eddy was ably supported by Salford Organiser, Gary Tumulty and Manchester Branch Fund holder Phil Coe.

Manchester BNP Officals

The guest speaker for the meeting was Ian Hitchen. Ian is a stalwart party member and activist and has stood as a candidate in European elections, national elections and local elections. Ian has been a lynchpin of the party in West Yorkshire and tirelessly campaigns for the party both on his home ground and further afield. Ian also plays a key role in the management, operation and maintenance of the party’s vehicle fleet including our iconic ‘Truth Truck’.

Ian’s presence at the meeting was all the more remarkable because only four weeks ago he was the victim of a ‘hit and run’ incident whilst out motorcycling. The van that caused the accident was found burnt out several miles away in a field. The driver was found to be a gypsy person and the van was uninsured. Ian died, yes DIED, at the scene but, thank goodness, was resuscitated and flown to hospital in Leeds. Ian suffered horrific injuries but still had the grit and determination to make the trip over the Pennines to speak to the membership in Manchester.

BNP Ian Kitchen

Ian gave an excellent educational and entertaining talk on the reasons why the mass media treat the party in the way that they do. That is to say in a very negative light, even though the British National Party is the nation’s only hope of ever regaining our sovereignty, identity, democracy and freedom.  A sovereignty, identity, democracy and freedom that has been tainted, sullied and thrown into the gutter. A sovereignty, identity, democracy and freedom that has been trampled underfoot by our own successive governments over the years.

Ian received an extended standing ovation. This was a tribute, not only to the brilliant talk he gave but also as a tribute to the courage and sheer guts that he has displayed in not allowing his injuries to prevent him in his important political work. Ian stands as a shining example to us all.

Eddy O'Sullivan BNP

After a short break Eddy got on with the Branch business. A leafleting team was raised for next weekend and the target area identified as being consistent with Manchester’s current strategy for building to grow. After Ian’s sterling example, there were no shortages of volunteers to do the work for this!

Upcoming events were discussed such as the pending International Conference of European Nationalists, the motions to be put forward for the National Conference, current leaflet design and target groups and a request for support from our brothers and sisters In Scotland which was enthusiastically responded to.

Thank You Ian, Says Eddy

A lively and constructive Q&A session followed and a mention must be made of ‘Andrew’ who was there for the first time ever. Andrew was so enthused and motivated that he declared there and then that his name be put on the list of potential candidates for the next Manchester council elections in 2014. This, obviously, resulted in huge cheers and applause and was a great note to end the meeting on.

Racist Asian Gang Attack Young White Lad In Prestwich

Not just a white on black issue

A 14-year-old boy received serious head injuries after a robbery in Bury.
At around 6pm on Wednesday 4 July 2012, the teenager was walking towards Bury Old Road, Prestwich.

As he approached the junction with Poppythorn Lane and Nursery Road, he noticed a large group of men ahead of him.

One of the group asked him for the time before he was punched in the head, knocking him to the floor.

The victim was searched and had his mobile phone stolen before the group headed towards Prestwich village.

The teenager was taken to hospital suffering from serious head injuries. He is in a stable condition.

The man who punched the victim is described as being Asian, in his late teens or early 20s, had a shaved head and wore a tracksuit.

s believed there were 10 to 15 in the group.  The majority are described as Asian, with at least one member of the group described as white. They were in their late teens or early 20s.

Detective Chief Inspector Sara Wallwork from Bury CID said:
This was a completely unprovoked attack where the victim was punched a number of times in the head, all for a mobile phone.
This has left an innocent 14-year-old boy with a serious head injury that required surgery. Thankfully he is now recovering.
A number of people would have been driving or walking home from work at the time of the robbery and I would ask anyone who may have seen a large group of people walking in the area or witnessed the attack itself, please contact police.

Anyone with information should phone police on 0161 856 8150 or the independent charity Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
