Manchester Crown Court have passed a 15 month jailed sentence to Umar Hassan 22, of Sherwood Avenue, Heaton Mersey for three counts of sexual activity in the presence of a child
It was heard Hassan had on the 28 October 2010,as a 15-year-old girl was walking past the shop on Burnage Lane, Burnage, made lewd comments towards her, whereby he offered to give the girl cigarettes if she had sex with him.
Hassan continued in his quest of under age grooming in August 2010, whilst a 13-year-old girl visited the shop with her boyfriend.
She was asked to wait in a back room while Hassan and the girl's boyfriend talked.
A short time later Hassan went into the room, exposed himself and performed a sex act in front of her.
The same girl who returned to the shop with a friend sometime in December 2010 and Hassan, who was behind the counter, again exposed himself and started to perform a sex act.
Detective Constable Jane Naylor, said: "Hassan thought nothing of exposing himself and carrying out sex acts in front of young girls who were either complete strangers or who he barely knew.
"The girls have even had to relive their ordeals in court and I must credit them, not only for coming forward and reporting these matters, but for having the courage to give evidence, which has ensured justice has been done."and inciting a child to engage in sexual activity, Hassan will also be made to sign the sex offenders register for seven years as well on his release.
